About us - Apoorvam Trust
In 2022, the Apoorvam Trust was created. A modern microfinance organisation is Apoorvam Trust. The core management group is quite knowledgeable about rural poverty. We currently conduct business in the state of Tamilnadu and are expanding.
The peer group lending methodology is used by Apoorvam Trust to provide unsecured, income-producing loans. Our services are now more secure and productive.
To serve the many requirements of low-income households in rural and semi-urban areas, Apoorvam Trust was established. To serve as a one-stop lending shop for its clients, Apoorvam Trust offers small-ticket personal and business loans, loans for two-wheelers, business LAP loans, loans for home improvements, loans for commercial vehicles, etc. The Apoorvam Trust wants to be a leader in its field, have a national presence, and deliver its product on a national scale.
We are approved business correspondents for numerous Indian banks and non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs). On behalf of our banking partners, Apoorvam Trust offers microloans using the SHG/JLG model, credit-linked insurance, and individual and group-based savings accounts right to the doorsteps of our members. We deliver financial services and products in an honest, efficient, and cost-effective way.
If we don’t increase or provide for our clients’ livelihood opportunities, our organization’s goal of financial inclusion will fall short. In order to accomplish this goal, we provide them with the technical know-how and networking abilities they need in addition to bank finance to close the gap. We also give them access to locally appropriate and sustainable livelihood skills.

Putting The Customer First
It is crucial to treat the impoverished with dignity due of their vulnerability. As a result, Apoorvam Trust places a greater emphasis on the following seven customer protection principles: treating customers fairly and respectfully, being transparent, designing products that fit their needs, avoiding being indebted, protecting their privacy, and having a process in place for handling complaints.
Customers of Apoorvam Trust receive training from Apoorvam Trust because they are unfamiliar with traditional banking. Ingenious interactive tools like seeds, money, and cardboard cutouts are used by Apoorvam Trust to explain loan conditions, interest rates, joint liability, and other characteristics. Such training helps to build trust and enhance the credit culture in addition to spreading awareness.
